Meet our Founder

Founded by Fiona Horrigan, Simplexity brings over 25 years of experience across pharmaceutical and semiconductor sectors, blending engineering discipline with a people-centred approach.

Fiona is known for her calm presence, her ability to frame conversations that unlock insight and her talent for designing simple, practical ways of working with complexity that gain organisational buy-in for change.

Her work enables organisations to improve performance while strengthening resilience, ensuring progress is sustainable, compliant and trusted.

Simplexity was born from a belief that complexity does not have to mean confusion. In regulated, high-stakes environments, complexity is unavoidable. But over time, layers of process, controls and well-intentioned solutions can obscure what really matters; how people work, how decisions are made and how performance is sustained. Simplexity exists to simplify the complex. Not by stripping away rigour, but by designing clarity.
